Chick-fil-A - Training Lead Position

Are you passionate about leading and developing teams in a positive and people-focused environment?

The Training Lead at Chick-fil-A is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to ensure all Team Members are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on continuous skill development, leadership training, and maintaining operational excellence in alignment with Chick-fil-A’s brand standards and values.

Join Chick-fil-A and be part of a dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills while making a difference in your community. As a Training Lead, you will play a key role in fostering teamwork and guiding the development of our team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead training sessions for new team members
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members
  • Collaborate with management to assess training needs
  • Maintain accurate training records and progress tracking
  • Lead the training team and ensure all trainers are upholding Chick-fil-A Standards
  • Develop and scout out potential trainers within the team member pool of candidates
  • Other responsibilities, as required.
  • Work on shift with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience
  • Experience as a Training Lead, or a trainer is preferred
  • Highly skilled in team leadership and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to make a positive impact on others
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic about training and development
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
