Responsibilities of the Training Supervisor:

  • Create a bootcamp Training (theory and hands on) starting with Mount and Wire and Coils Brazing.

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, temp employees.

  • Track 30-60-90 day training completion and close attention to new employees.

  • Collaborate with HR and operations to improve employee retention by identify training skill gaps with existing employees and increase employee engagement.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar, and be the owner of Alchemy Training Software.

  • Content Development Training

  • Recertification by job class and area.

  • Individual performance tracking

  • Up to date skill matrix for the plant with accurate records

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.

  • Supervises operations trainers within a manufacturing environment.
  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience.
