Experience: 5-10 years in IT-related roles
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced IT professional to provide direct supervisory and administrative oversight to a team supporting IT functions within the Corridors Program Office. The role involves staff management, technical support, and coordination of IT services across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise IT staff: planning, training, motivating, and evaluating performance
  • Troubleshoot and maintain computer systems, software, and networked devices
  • Provide advanced support for specialized applications, hardware, and mobile devices
  • Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets; perform software installations/configurations
  • Manage AV and Video Conferencing support, including setup and troubleshooting

Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficient in Microsoft OS, Office Suite, Outlook in networked environments
