Description:

Responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring systems operate efficiently, securely, and align with business objectives. This role coordinates projects and supports both strategic planning and day-to-day operations of IT systems.

Position works closely with other IT team members along with external vendors to provide high-quality products and high-level of customer service to the end-user community. Duties and technical issues may sometimes require extended work hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

· Lead and manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management

· Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including networks, servers, systems, and help desk support

· Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices

· Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with industry standards

· Manage IT projects from planning through execution (system upgrades, new implementations, etc.)

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support IT needs

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively

· Develop and manage the IT budget, including cost control and forecasting

· Partner with leadership to align technology solutions with business goals

· Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans


  • Experience: Generally, 5+ years’ experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Education: Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. .
  • Technical Knowledge: managing IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and business applications.
  • Skills: proven project management and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills
