Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead and optimize technology operations, infrastructure management, and IT service delivery across Med Clinic X platforms.

In this role, you will oversee IT systems, cloud infrastructure, operational processes, and technology support functions that power healthcare SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to maintain reliable, secure, and scalable technology operations.

Responsibilities IT Operations Leadership
  • Manage daily IT operations and technology infrastructure.
  • Oversee system availability, performance, and reliability metrics.
  • Establish operational workflows and IT best practices.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across IT functions.
  • Manage cloud environments and enterprise networks.
  • Monitor infrastructure health and operational database performance.
  • Deploy scalability and recovery policies for SaaS platforms.
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.
Healthcare Technology Operations
  • Support healthcare SaaS applications and systems.
  • Ensure operational readiness of patient portals and clinical platforms.
  • Enforce HIPAA and compliance rules across cloud systems.
  • Support EHR connections and active production environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security leads.
  • Manage IT support helpdesk systems and ticketing queues.
  • Coordinate service levels and licensing with external vendors.
  • Create technical operational playbooks and reports.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, or tech support teams.
  • Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.

SaaS Operations Delivery

Deploy active-active multi-region infrastructures and run simulated failover dry-runs.

Collaborate with external hardware vendors and API providers on licensing, SLAs, and performance issues.
