Job Summary
We are seeking a SaaS Governance & Operations Analyst to lead delivery governance, Lean Agile tracking, and operational oversight for SaaS platforms. This role ensures work is structured, tracked, auditable, and delivered predictably, with a strong focus on Azure DevOps (ADO), reporting, and cross-team coordination. The role requires adaptability, strong collaboration across business, technical, and vendor teams, accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage application-specific change requests, release coordination, and maintenance tracking.
• Own Azure DevOps (ADO) Lean Agile methodology, structure, and backlog management, including creating and managing epics, features, user stories, tasks, and bugs.
• Monitor and update team documentation accordingly.
• Translate ad hoc communications, meetings, and operational updates into structured tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate daily standups, cross-functional syncs, and program-level reporting.
• Maintain governance documentation, operational procedures, and audit artifacts.
• Manage SOX controls, internal and external application-level audit tracking, and evidence readiness.
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Drive process improvement and operational standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively across business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Prioritize activities across multiple workstreams in an evolving environment.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and audit readiness across operational activities.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience coordinating SaaS operations, governance, or program delivery.
• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks and backlog management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt effectively in evolving environments.
• Strong collaboration skills across business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability.
• Ability to prioritize in real time across multiple workstreams.
