We are currently seeking a SaaS Governance & Operations Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia

Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Our client is seeking a SaaS Governance & Operations Analyst to lead delivery governance, Lean Agile tracking, and operational oversight for SaaS platforms. This role ensures all work is structured, tracked, auditable, and delivered predictably, with a strong focus on Azure DevOps (ADO), reporting, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
  • 7+ years of Manage application-specific change requests, release coordination, and maintenance tracking
  • 7+ years of Own Azure DevOps (ADO) Lean Agile methodology, structure, and backlog management (creating/managing epics, features, user stories, tasks, and bugs – monitoring and updating all team documentation accordingly)
  • Translate ad hoc communication, meetings, and operational updates into structured tracking and reporting
  • Facilitate daily standups, cross-functional syncs, and program-level reporting
  • Maintain governance documentation, operational procedures, and audit artifacts
  • Manage SOX controls, internal and external application-level audit tracking, and evidence readiness
  • Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
  • Drive process improvement and operational standardization initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Strong experience coordinating SaaS operations, governance, or program delivery
  • 8+ years of Advanced experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • 8+ years of Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
  • 8+ years of Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks and backlog management
  • 8+ years of Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with audit/compliance (SOX, SOC, control frameworks)
  • Experience supporting vendor-managed SaaS platforms (e.g., HRIS, payroll)
  • Experience building dashboards and metrics frameworks

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $56.23 to $65.99 W2. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
