Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Plant Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining and installing telecommunication and network infrastructure within indoor facilities in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This role requires a strong foundation in electrical systems, fiber splicing, cabling, and computer networking. The ideal candidate will have experience working with heavy equipment, power tools, and low voltage systems, ensuring the reliable operation of our communication networks and infrastructure.


Desired Experience:

· 2+ year of experience with cable (Cat 5, Cat 6, Coaxial, Fiber, RJ-45)

· Preform non-technical and technical tasks un-supervised

· Correct deficiencies without supervision

· Maintain accountability and serviceability of tools, equipment, and materials

· Display Basic troubleshooting knowledge

· Discuss pathways, spaces, bonding, grounding, and fire stopping.


Hourly Pay: $20-26/hr
