Job description

Coke Florida is looking for a Distribution Supervisor based out of our Tampa location. Weโ€™re currently looking for 3:00AM start time, working Tuesday - Saturday.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsibleย forย the effective and efficient distribution ofย productย and management of drivers within a specific territory in Palm Beach.

Roles and Responsibilities: ย 

  • Staff, train, evaluate and develop team membersย ย 
  • Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirementsย 
  • Manages drivers' delivery schedules and hours workedย ย 
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolve customer issuesย ย 
  • Serve as liaison between distribution and salesย ย 
  • Manage and audit team members' timekeepingย 
  • Manage within labor and OPEX budgetย 

For this role, you will need:ย ย 

  • High school diploma or GEDย ย ย 
  • 1+ย years of experience in consumer products/direct store deliveryย 
  • Requires experience managing people/budgetsย ย 
  • Familiarity with DOT regulationsย ย 
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelinesย 

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:ย 

  • Intermediate computer and database application skillsย ย 
  • Bachelor's degree preferredย 
  • 1+ years supervising distribution/delivery staff preferredย
