Up to $5,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months 

Under the supervision of the Director, Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator, the Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the safe, accurate, and rational distribution and utilization of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages. This shall be carried out in accordance with all state/federal laws, Joint Commission Standards, and hospital/departmental policies and procedures. The Staff Pharmacist verifies/proposes medication orders in electronic health record.

Education Minimum: Graduate of an AACP accredited school of Pharmacy preferred 

Experience/Qualifications: One year of hospital pharmacy experience in unit dose and IV admixture preferred ü Good communication skills and ability to relate effectively to hospital staff, department heads, administration and medical staff 

Required Certification / Licensure / Registration: Current & Valid Florida License as Registered Pharmacist
