Title: Receiving Supervisor (Must be bilingual in English and Spanish)

Location: Staten Island, NY (Easily commutable from Northern New Jersey)

Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 base salary


Work Schedule:

โ€ข Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

โ€ข Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM


Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Receiving Supervisor to help drive process improvement, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Must be bilingual in English and Spanish


This role is ideal for someone who understands warehouse receiving operations, is comfortable working within ERP/WMS systems, and enjoys improving processes through technology, reporting, organization, and accountability. The position combines warehouse floor leadership with systems, data, and operational improvement responsibilities.


Candidates from structured warehouse environments such as Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Target, industrial distribution, wholesale distribution, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or large-scale receiving operations are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities


โ€ข Oversee daily inbound receiving operations, including unloading, inspection, staging, and put-away

โ€ข Verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and receiving documentation

โ€ข Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods

โ€ข Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined receiving and documentation processes

โ€ข Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track inventory and receiving activities

โ€ข Create and maintain Excel reports, spreadsheets, and operational tracking metrics

โ€ข Identify opportunities to improve receiving workflows, efficiency, and inventory control

โ€ข Assist with the implementation and optimization of warehouse systems and processes

โ€ข Develop and maintain SOPs and receiving procedures

โ€ข Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations

โ€ข Partner with purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve inbound issues

โ€ข Lead by example with a hands-on presence on the warehouse floor
