Join Our Leadership Team as a Receiving Department Supervisor!

The Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and drive the Receiving Department. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with leaders across departments to assist and shape the strategic direction of the organization. You'll bring forward-thinking ideas, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a commitment to excellence, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supervise the activities of manufacturing personnel in the Receiving department
  • Lead department scheduling and help set priorities based on the company plan
  • Provide leadership in navigating complex challenges, ensuring operational efficiency and organizational success.
  • Supervise inventory compliance and the maintenance of supplies
  • Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Receiving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
