As a Receiving Supervisor, you'll serve as a hands-on working supervisor, balancing leadership responsibilities with day-to-day operational work in a fast-paced industrial environment. You'll oversee receiving operations for your shift, inventory activities, and sampling while helping maintain a safe, compliant, and productive workplace.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily receiving operations, including inventory, sampling, labeling, and drum movement
  • Lead and support shift personnel while maintaining productivity and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
  • Conduct daily inspections to support compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate the proper transfer, storage, and processing of materials throughout the facility
  • Monitor equipment condition and ensure maintenance or repairs are completed as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations experience highly preferred
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
  • Comfortable reading and working with SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to train on 1st and 2nd shifts 
  • Must be able to work on-site and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift
