Our location in Olive Branch, Mississippi is currently seeking a full-time Parcel Packer. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday 7am-4pm; however, there will be times that require this candidate to come in early or stay late, based on business needs.

Position Summary

As a Parcel Packer, you will be responsible for boxing and packaging customer orders that do not meet the LTL criteria. You will be required to cross train in order to learn other positions in the warehouse. At Ubique Group, WE MOVE TO THE WORK, which allows all employees to grow their knowledge and skills set.

Schedule

Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM. Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Pick items to match customer orders
  • Building boxes or other packaging materials to ship customer orders that will prevent damage during shipping
  • Use basic computer skills to navigate systems and process orders accurately
  • Able to read and interpret a pick ticket from the computer system, not paper
  • Place shipping labels on completed customer orders
Qualifications
  • Must have 2 years of warehouse experience
  • Must have a high level of accuracy
  • Able to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
  • Manual dexterity required for handling small items
