Position Summary:

Take ownership of the full inflight training and standards function at our luxury airline and shape how crews train, how standards get measured, and how compliance gets proven.

The Manager, Inflight Training & Standards role sits at the center of the operation, with direct input into training design, instructor performance, scheduling, and the changes that help compose Magnifica Airโ€™s manuals and procedures. The role offers you a hands-on mix of leadership, practical problem-solving, and FAA-facing discipline.

What youโ€™ll be doing

  • Lead the Inflight Training & Standards departments and manage instructors, specialists and inflight leaders.
  • Build, review and improve training programs (initial, recurrent, requalification, differences) with clear performance measures.
  • Own inflight training policies and procedures and run updates through implementation.
  • Keep the department compliant: instructor assessments, content quality checks, safety debriefs, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee budget, org structure, project costs and scheduling for all classroom and training events.
  • Coordinate CBT/eLearning creation with curriculum design, development and records support.
  • Keep training, standards and processes consistent with FAA requirements and internal initiatives.

What youโ€™ll need

  • 2+ years leading large, diverse teams in a progressive leadership track.
  • 2+ years as a Flight Attendant, plus 2+ years in inflight training leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of FAA requirements (including Part 121 inflight), CFRs and FAA guidance.

Other essentials:

  • Able to attend, pass and maintain Magnifica Air Flight Attendant training.
  • Travel up to 25%.
  • Valid US passport (or ability to obtain one).
  • Pass TSA fingerprint-based checks, background check and pre-employment drug test.
