Job description


Overview:
As a Training Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a shift at a client site including interviewing and orienting new associates. You apply your outstanding organizational skills to facilitate an efficient, safe, and productive onsite operation.
Location: Iowa City, IA
Essential Job Functions
  • Directly supervise, coach, and mentor Group Leads and associates
  • Run pre-shift meetings
  • Track and report daily attendance
  • Track and report associate performance and conduct
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, orientation, and training
  • Assist with payroll approval and processing
  • Complete regular safety checks and complete accident reports

Experience
  • High School diploma or GED, at least 2 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Communications skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Salary Range: $18.23 - $22.79 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
