  • Coach hiring managers on behavior-focused interviewing and selection techniques to improve hiring quality and consistency.
  • Support implementation of structured interviews, candidate evaluation tools, and recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct onboarding programs to ensure new hires receive a strong introduction to safety, culture, and job responsibilities.
  • Perform I-9 employment eligibility verification for new hires and support onboarding compliance requirements.
  • Support training and development programs that enhance employee readiness and long-term success.
  • Track recruiting metrics, hiring trends, retention indicators, and workforce planning data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

"We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioral traits can provide important insights into a candidate's fit to a role. To help us achieve this we apply Pymetrics assessments, and upon application you will be invited to play the assessment games."

What you know:

You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and:

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, workforce development, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting skilled trades, manufacturing, industrial, field service, or operations-based hiring preferred.
  • Experience building external talent pipelines and partnerships with schools, apprenticeship programs, and workforce organizations.
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and implementing consistent recruiting and selection practices.
  • Knowledge of behavior-based interviewing, structured selection methods, and recruiting best practices.
  • Experience working in a multi-site or geographically dispersed environment preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze hiring metrics and use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Behaviors:

  • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills
  • Initiative and continuous improvement mindset
  • Sound judgment and decision-making capability
