Salary:

Super Service Today is a fast-paced, 24/7 residential service company, and were looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to drive daily performance and execution across our HVAC, plumbing, and drain divisions.

This role is all about ownership, accountability, and making sure operations run efficiently every single day.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and profitably
  • Manage scheduling, dispatch, and workflow across departments
  • Track and improve KPIs (revenue, conversion, average ticket, performance)
  • Identify and solve operational issues in real time
  • Enforce processes and hold teams accountable
  • Work closely with CSRs, dispatch, and field technicians to maintain smooth operations
  • Ensure a high-level customer experience from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Experience in operations within HVAC, plumbing, or home services
  • Strong knowledge of dispatching and field service operations
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Hands-on leader who can execute, not just delegate
