We are seeking a Proposal Engineer to support our business development efforts in delivering innovative and efficient power generation solutions to both current and future clients. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional project teams and play a key part in leading the technical development of proposals, contributing to impactful projects that drive our industry forward.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Leads technical proposal development, including defining scope and reviewing project specifications to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Maintain the technical documentation and data sheets to support proposed work.
  • Support site walk-downs, inspections, and pre-bid meetings to gather critical project insight.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain and evaluate technical input and quotations.
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing the project's financial estimate.
  • Supports bid reviews by presenting technical strategy and key proposal details.

Requirements
  • B.S. in Engineering
  • Experience in power generation equipment, systems, or construction environments is valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to technical problem-solving efforts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally. (30-50% Travel Required)

We welcome candidates with a wide range of experience for this role, and the base pay range is $80,000.00-$201,250.00.
