Indirect Document Intake Associate
Location: Terre Haute, IN (Ops Center) (On-Site)

Status: Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Process Loan Documents: Log and organize daily contracts received through multiple platforms.
  • Ensure Compliance: Review documentation for completeness and adherence to program guidelines.
  • Communicate with Dealerships & Customers: Follow up on missing documentation and title requirements.
  • Support Internal Operations: Answer inquiries regarding indirect lending functions and assist with operational tasks.
  • Assist with Mail Processing: Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing loan-related mail.
  • Perform Administrative Duties: Provide general operational support as needed.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior banking experience with knowledge of bank products and services is preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including spreadsheet software experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
  • Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
