About the Role
We're looking for a compassionate, driven, and highly organized Overnight Intake Specialist to join our growing team at Block LLP.
As an Overnight Intake Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance after an accident or injury. You will play a critical role in helping potential clients take the first step toward obtaining legal representation by gathering important case information, evaluating potential claims, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping people, communicates effectively over the phone, and can build trust and rapport with individuals during difficult situations.
This role is for an 8-hour overnight shift.

What You'll Do

  • Guide prospective clients through the intake and onboarding process
  • Coordinate follow-up communications
  • Build trust and rapport with callers while providing compassionate support
  • Accurately document client information and maintain detailed notes within the firm's case management system
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
  • Support additional intake and administrative functions as needed

Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 2 years of previous experience in legal intake
  • 1 year of overnight legal intake experience
  • Experience working in a Personal Injury Law Firm or legal environment
  • Familiarity with CRM, intake, or case management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently during overnight hours
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls and follow-up tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
