Job description

Join our Supply Chain Operations team, where you'll play a key role in managing inventory, procurement, logistics, and more to help drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the seamless delivery of quality products. The Procurement and Inventory Control Department oversees procurement audits, expedites processes, and ensures stock availability for diamonds, gemstones, and supplies. Our Intake team handles the company-wide processing of incoming mail, including inventory replenishment and in-stock performance, while also receiving and managing incoming shipments.

As a Procurement Mail Intake Associate, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and distributing mail and packages related to procurement, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the appropriate departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process mail from various departments across the company
  • Open intake boxes using a razor blade while standing, ensuring safety
  • Handle physical movement and lifting of incoming mail
