Summary
As an Intake Coordinator at Living Hope Home Healthcare, you will play a crucial role inensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will be responsible formanaging patient intake processes, verifying insurance information, and coordinating withhealthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient transitions into our care program.
Responsibilities
Manage patient intake processes efficiently and accurately.
Verify insurance information and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth transitions for patients.
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Provide exceptional patient service throughout the intake process.
