Duties Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media management, job boards, and research to identify top talent. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to organize candidate data and streamline recruitment processes.

Conduct initial phone and in person screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications Conduct employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and well-informed about company policies. Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs, develop job postings and extend employment offers. Maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams through relationship management strategies Conduct follow-up communications with new employees to ensure a positive experience.

Assist in developing training & development programs for new employees and support succession planning efforts within the organization.
