The Talent Development Specialist supports the health system across three states, partnering with leaders and stakeholders from diverse disciplines. You will help design and deliver impactful talent development programs that align with organizational strategy, support employee growth, and strengthen leadership capability.

Job Overview
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs and learning initiatives for employees at all levels of the organization
  • Facilitate corporate training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms
  • Support leadership development initiatives for managers and high-potential employees
  • Assist with the design and implementation of performance management processes aligned with organizational goals and values
  • Facilitate bi-weekly new hire orientation sessions to introduce employees to organizational culture, policies, and expectations
  • Collaborate with department leaders and HR partners to align talent development initiatives with strategic and operational needs
  • Utilize talent development technologies to enhance learning, engagement, and program effectiveness
  • Support employee engagement and inclusion initiatives that foster growth, participation, and retention
What You Will Do
  • Create and implement training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
  • Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions for audiences ranging from small groups to large-scale sessions
  • Develop and support leadership development programs
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess development needs and recommend learning solutions
  • Leverage learning management systems, survey tools, performance management software, succession planning tools, and content creation platforms
  • Support continuous improvement of talent development processes and programs
  • Promote an inclusive and development-focused workplace culture
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Educational Technology, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in public speaking, training, facilitation, or talent development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to different learning styles
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills
