We're looking for a Talent Pipeline & Campus Recruitment Specialist to help build the future of provider recruiting at P1 Dental Partners. This is not a traditional sourcing position—it's a strategic role focused on developing long-term talent pipelines, cultivating relationships, and strengthening our employer brand across the dental community.

You'll partner directly with the Senior Director of Provider Recruitment to identify future talent, expand our campus presence, and build scalable recruiting programs that support sustainable growth.


Position Summary

The Talent Pipeline & Campus Recruitment Specialist is responsible for developing and executing proactive talent pipeline strategies across General Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, and Dental Specialties.

This individual will identify and engage passive candidates, build relationships with dental schools and residency programs, represent P1 Dental Partners at recruiting events, and help position the company as an employer of choice.

Success in this role means creating meaningful relationships before hiring needs arise—ensuring recruiters always have a strong pipeline of engaged candidates.

Primary ResponsibilitiesTalent Pipeline Strategy
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines for:
    • General Dentists
    • Dental Hygienists
    • Endodontists
    • Pediatric Dentists
    • Orthodontists
    • Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons
  • Build long-term relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach and ongoing engagement.
  • Create sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill markets and specialties.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify talent-rich regions, residency programs, competitors, and referral opportunities.
  • Build and manage talent communities within the ATS/CRM.
  • Monitor pipeline health and recommend strategies to improve candidate flow.
Campus Recruitment
  • Serve as one of P1 Dental Partners' primary campus recruiting representatives.
  • Build relationships with dental schools, residency programs, faculty, student organizations, and career services.
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs, vendor fairs, residency showcases, and networking events.
  • Maintain communication with students and residents throughout their educational journey.
  • Track graduating students and residents to create future hiring opportunities.
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand
  • Partner with Marketing to develop recruitment campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
  • Create engaging content highlighting provider success stories, culture, and career opportunities.
  • Promote recruiting events and conference participation.
  • Develop creative outreach campaigns that improve response rates and candidate engagement.
  • Help position P1 Dental Partners as a preferred employer within the dental community.
Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Provider Recruiters to transition qualified candidates into the recruiting process.
  • Meet regularly with recruiting leadership to review pipeline health, hiring forecasts, and strategic priorities.
  • Share market intelligence, sourcing trends, and competitive insights.
  • Recommend improvements to sourcing tools, recruiting technology, and outreach strategies.
QualificationsRequired
  • 1+ year of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or campus recruiting experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with outbound recruiting and proactive outreach.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, CRM, or ATS platforms.
Preferred
  • Healthcare, dental, physician, or clinical recruiting experience.
  • Campus recruiting experience.
  • Recruitment marketing or employer branding experience.

CompensationIncentive Plan
  • $750 per Specialty Dentist hire from your sourced pipeline
  • $500 per General Dentist hire from your sourced pipeline
  • $250 per Dental Hygienist hire from your sourced pipeline
Success in This Role

During your first year, you'll:

  • Build sustainable talent pipelines across every provider specialty.
  • Establish relationships with dental schools and residency programs throughout the Midwest and beyond.
  • Increase awareness of P1 Dental Partners through recruitment marketing and conference participation.
  • Provide recruiters with a consistent flow of highly qualified candidates.
  • Reduce time-to-fill by proactively identifying talent before positions become available.
  • Help build one of the premier provider recruiting pipeline programs in the dental industry.
