Talent Acquisition Sourcer 
Location: Remote (Midwest preferred)


About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build and scale candidate pipelines across General Dentists, Hygienists, and Specialists (Endodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists, Oral Surgeons). This role is critical to fueling our growth by ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates into our recruiting funnel.


What You’ll Do

  • Proactively source candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and internal databases
  • Execute high-volume outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, text)
  • Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, especially specialists
  • Map talent markets (dental schools, residencies, geographic clusters)
  • Conduct initial outreach and light qualification
  • Partner closely with recruiters to hand off qualified, interested candidates
  • Support recruiting events and conferences
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS/CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and high activity goals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
  • Experience in healthcare or dental recruiting is a plus

Compensation

  • Base: $70,000
