This certification demonstrates a person's expertise in connecting people with health, human, and social services. It is recognized across North America and is often required or highly valued by employers in nonprofits, government agencies, and call centers. Earning an Airs Certification involves passing a comprehensive exam and adhering to a code of ethics, ensuring a high standard of service in the I&R profession.

What are the typical responsibilities and challenges faced by professionals holding an AIRS certification in a recruiting team?
