Workday Reporting Lead | New York, New York, United States Workday Reporting Lead - Contract (Remote) About the Role Join a high-impact Workday Financials implementation as a Workday Reporting Lead. This fully remote, dynamic position offers you the opportunity to drive the reporting vision for a major finance transformation project. You will collaborate with finance leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver insightful, business-aligned Workday reporting solutions. Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end design and execution of the Workday Financials reporting strategy. - Manage the entire reporting workstream, including scope, prioritization, and delivery timelines. - Partner with finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate reporting requirements. - Develop and maintain a robust reporting inventory; optimize and rationalize existing reports. - Conduct fit-gap analyses to identify and implement effective reporting solutions. - Design and oversee the development of Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data sourcing and alignment. - Manage build, testing, and migration of reports into production environments. - Track and manage risks, issues, and decisions related to reporting deliverables. - Provide regular status updates to program leadership and contribute to project governance. - Support user acceptance testing and ensure successful validation of outputs. - Champion change management efforts and promote adoption of new reporting capabilities. - Establish best practices and governance standards for reporting processes.
