Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Workday reporting and analytics experience.
  • Active Workday Reporting and Prism certification required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Implementation Lead, Reporting Lead, or Workstream Lead on full lifecycle Workday deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including data ingestion, transformation, dashboarding, and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Proven experience leading reporting workstreams through requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Advanced expertise developing Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports.
  • Strong experience building complex calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and reporting solutions that support operational and executive decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of Workday security, data governance, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing reporting consultants and analysts.
  • Prior consulting experience supporting Workday implementations, optimizations, or transformation engagements preferred.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise Workday clients across multiple functional areas, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting, and/or Adaptive Planning preferred.
  • Ability to balance hands-on report development with project leadership, resource coordination, and overall delivery management.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,0000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $174,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
