They are seeking a bilingual Workday professional to support a major HR systems initiative and help optimize business processes across the organization.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Workday Implementation Specialist to support the rollout, enhancement, and long-term success of its Workday platform. This individual will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external implementation partners to improve system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure a successful user experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation and enhancement of Workday by supporting planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
  • Partner with internal departments to gather business requirements and recommend system solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain Workday functionality across HR-related modules while ensuring system accuracy and consistency.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, process mapping, and solution design discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute system testing plans, including user acceptance testing, integration testing, and issue resolution.
  • Support data migration efforts by validating, cleansing, mapping, and importing employee and organizational data.
  • Coordinate with third-party consultants and vendors to ensure implementation milestones remain on schedule.
  • Prepare user guides, process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with end-user training and change management initiatives to promote adoption across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend process or configuration improvements.
  • Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables while communicating project updates to stakeholders.
  • Support security roles, reporting, integrations, and ongoing system optimization after implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or participating in Workday implementations.
  • Experience with Workday configuration, data conversion, system testing, integrations, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and enterprise business systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and support end users.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
