Job description

Our client is a global luxury goods organization that operates across premium consumer brands and relies on enterprise technology to support its workforce, talent, payroll, and operational reporting needs. They are currently hiring Workday Reporting Consultant on a contract basis.

  • Location: NYC (5 days in office)
  • Start: October 1 st
  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Schedule: 9-5PM
  • Type: w2 contract
  • Rate: $55-65/hr

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced matrix reports, composite reports, custom reports, and interactive dashboards within the Workday platform.
  • Develop and deliver reporting solutions across all Workday modules, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Payroll, and Time & Absence.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to understand and translate provided business requirements into technical reporting specifications and actionable Workday reporting solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data presented in reports and dashboards, adhering to data governance policies.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Workday's reporting capabilities, best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing reports for performance, usability, and relevance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all created reports, dashboards, and associated reporting processes.
  • Potentially train end-users on Workday reporting functionalities and promote self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Stay current with Workday updates, new features, and reporting enhancements to leverage the latest functionalities.
