Job description

Title: Workday HCM Consultant
Duration: Full Time
Location: Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Canon 'customer side' Workday HCM SME, leveraging strong knowledge of Workday HCM and Talent related modules/processes
  • Experience both implementing Workday and supporting Workday in post-production
  • Plan and lead the Test work-stream for a Workday HCM implementation
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday implementation methodology (Traditional and Launch)
  • Strong HR process knowledge and understanding of how Workday HCM supports HR processes
  • Experience creating process documentation and SOPs
  • Strong ability to provide consultation to Workday customers on how to best navigate implementation, best utilize Workday
  • Workday HCM

  • Other Workday modules desired (Benefits, Help, etc.)
  • HR Process and HCM consulting skills
  • Ability to influence senior level clients
