Job description

Job Title: Certified Workday Finance Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (USA)
Workday Finance certified
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Workday implementation project for Zuora.
Focus on 70% Workday Financial Operations and 30% Workday HRIS/HCM.
Configure and optimize Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, and Financial Reporting.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
Configure business processes, security, reporting, and workflows.
Support integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployment.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Develop functional documentation and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Workday Functional consulting experience.
Minimum of 2 full-cycle Workday Financials implementation projects.
Strong expertise in Workday Financial Management.
Working knowledge of Workday HCM/HRIS.
Experience with Workday reporting, security, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Workday Financials Certification and SaaS industry experience are preferred.
