Senior Workday Integrations Lead
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite / Local only)
End Client: Large Alternative Asset Manager
Temp role, potential to convert to Full time
Overview:
Our client is in the middle of a Workday implementation and is looking for a Senior Workday Integrations Lead to own and drive integrations end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong visibility and long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Workday integrations across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and third-party systems
Design, build, and support inbound/outbound integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs)
Partner closely with business stakeholders, Workday implementation partners, and internal IT teams
Provide technical leadership during implementation and post-go-live phases
Support data flows, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements
Requirements:
Strong experience leading Workday integrations in complex enterprise environments
Hands-on expertise with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs)
Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or similar regulated environments preferred
