To thrive as a Temporary Property Manager, you need knowledge of property management practices, lease administration, and basic accounting, often supported by relevant experience or real estate certifications. Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio, and an understanding of local housing regulations, are typically required. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication help you manage tenant relationships and quickly adapt to new properties.
