Yardi Support Coordinator/Technical Support
Direct Hire
Fully Onsite
Pay $60,000 to $70,000
Hours: 8am to 5pm
We are seeking a Yardi Support Coordinator/Technical Support for a well-established property management company. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using Yardi Voyager and a solid understanding of property management operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Yardi-related support, training, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to Yardi support requests from end users
  • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Submit and track support tickets with Yardi
  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist users with day-to-day Yardi questions and system navigation
  • Set up new users and provide basic system support
  • Support onboarding and training for new employees
  • Conduct in-person and virtual Yardi training sessions
  • Help create a positive and engaging learning experience for users
  • Track recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Provide general end-user technology support as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience working with Yardi Voyager required
  • Property management experience strongly preferred
  • Previous experience providing software or end-user support
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
