We are seeking an Assistant For Property Management Company to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
  • Attract and educate new tenants
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Supervise and train property staff
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

We are looking to hire a reliable and organized Property Management Assistant to join our team in Bal Harbour/Miami Beach, FL. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and handling leases for properties in Florida and New York
* Communicating with Section 8 and housing programs regarding tenant matters, renewals, and rent increases
* Managing and updating spreadsheets related to property management operations
* Following up on maintenance work orders for properties in Florida and New York
* Coordinating with superintendents, maintenance staff, and vendors to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
* Assisting with general property management administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and software programs
* Strong knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet management required
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
* Strong communication and follow-up skills
* Property management experience preferred
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
