The Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect's needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people's lives. Previous experience is not required, if you are a motivated individual, we are excited to train.

Compensation* $17-$19
