What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

  • Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
  • Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
  • Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
  • Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
  • Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
  • Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
  • Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
