About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and people‐focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment, and communicates well with residents and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‐to‐day operations of the property
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents
  • Handle leasing activities: show units, process applications, prepare lease agreements
  • Collect rent, issue notices, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule vendors or contractors
  • Perform regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Enforce community rules and policies
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic administrative tasks
  • Support turnover of units, including walkthroughs and move‐in/move‐out coordination

Qualifications

  • Previous property management or leasing experience preferred (not required for the right candidate)
  • Tax Credit experience highly desired
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
