Type of contract: Independent contractor
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maximise occupancy, and ensure exceptional tenant experiences for our [residential/commercial/mixed] portfolio. You'll be the face of our properties-balancing tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Tenant & Leasing Management:
  • Market vacancies, screen applicants (credit/background checks), and execute leases in compliance with fair housing/local laws.
  • Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and handle tenant communications/conflict resolution.

2. Maintenance & Vendor Coordination:
  • Schedule repairs, inspections, and emergencies with trusted vendors (plumbers, electricians, and cleaners).
  • Perform routine property walkthroughs to uphold safety and curb appeal.

3. Financial Oversight:
  • Collect rent, track delinquencies, and enforce lease terms.
  • Prepare monthly owner statements, annual budgets, and expense reports.

4. Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to local housing regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies.
  • Document incidents, maintenance logs, and lease agreements.
