What You'll Do
  • Show apartments and conduct property tours throughout Brooklyn
  • Build relationships with prospective renters and guide them through the leasing process
  • Follow up with leads using our CRM
  • Negotiate lease terms and successfully close rental transactions
  • Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Stay informed on Brooklyn rental market trends and pricing
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting

Qualifications
