The Role

The Operations Manager leads field execution across a portfolio of multifamily properties and is responsible for operational performance, team leadership, and client satisfaction. This role oversees service delivery across one or more service lines including:

โ€ข Day Porter

โ€ข Janitorial

โ€ข Pressure Washing

โ€ข Maintenance Technicians


You will manage routing, labor efficiency, quality control, safety compliance, and client-facing inspections while coaching and developing field teams.


Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Own operational performance across assigned accounts

โ€ข Conduct QC walks and client-facing inspections

โ€ข Manage routing, scheduling and labor efficiency

โ€ข Enforce SOPs and safety standards

โ€ข Resolve operational and service issues quickly

โ€ข Use Aspire CRM daily to manage work tickets and approve payroll

โ€ข Recruit, coach and develop field supervisors and technicians


Success Measures

Performance will be evaluated through measurable operational metrics including:

โ€ข QC inspection scores

โ€ข Labor efficiency and route performance

โ€ข Client satisfaction and retention

โ€ข Safety performance


COMPENSATION PACKAGE


Training Bonus

$3,000 training bonus paid after 90 days


Base Salary

$72,000 โ€“ $78,000 depending on experience


Incentives

Quarterly and annual incentives totaling up to 20% of base salary
