  • Maintain Full Occupancy of Assigned Property
  • Preparation of legal notices (30-Day Non-Payment, 30-Day Health and Safety)
  • Accept Rent Payments, Process in software, and Deposit into Bank
  • Complete Resident Recertifications
  • Maintain Resident Files
  • Other projects and tasks, as requested

Job Qualifications:

  • General Knowledge of affordable housing programs
  • Experience with Yardi and PropertyWare preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Products
  • General Knowledge of Compliance Requirements for affordable housing
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills
