About the role

DMS, a division of Tribe Management Inc. is seeking an Onsite Property Administrator to support the day‑to‑day administrative operations of a residential property in the area. Working closely with the Property Manager, this role is key to keeping the community running smoothly by supporting residents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring operational tasks are completed with care and attention to detail.

This role is well‑suited to someone who enjoys customer service, is highly organized, and is eager to learn and grow within property management.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Providing on‑site administrative support to the Property Manager and property management team
  • Supporting front desk / concierge style administration and responding to resident inquiries
  • Managing tenant files, leases, and related documentation
  • Assisting with vacancy tracking and arrears follow-up
  • Preparing standard residential tenancy forms (e.g., N4, N5)
  • Coordinating maintenance work orders and supporting contractor and vendor communication
  • Maintaining accurate records and meeting operational and contractual deadlines
  • Supporting additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned
