Job description

Operations Systems Coordinator
Beachwood, OH | Full-Time, onsite
Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Integrity Realty Group is looking for an Operations Systems Coordinator to support the technology and business systems that keep our property management company running smoothly. This role partners with our onsite teams, accounting department, and corporate leadership to improve processes, support software, train employees, and help our teams work more efficiently.
This is not a traditional IT position. If you're the person everyone comes to for Yardi questions or you've become the "technology expert" at your property, this could be an excellent opportunity to transition from onsite property management into a corporate operations role.
What You'll Do
  • Support Yardi and other business applications
  • Assist property teams with software and operational questions
  • Improve workflows and business processes
  • Train employees on company systems
  • Create training materials and standard operating procedures
  • Test new system functionality and assist with software implementations
  • Support reporting, data validation, and special projects
  • Coordinate with software vendors and internal departments
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of property management experience
  • Experience using Yardi or another property management software platform
  • Understanding of leasing, maintenance, and property operations
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology and training others
  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred
What We're Not Looking For/This position is not focused on:
  • Network administration
  • Programming or software development
  • Database administration
  • Hardware repair
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, improving processes, and making business systems work better.
Why Join Integrity Realty Group?
This is a unique opportunity to move beyond onsite property management and into a corporate role where you'll work directly with leadership, support teams across our portfolio, participate in major technology initiatives, and help improve the way our company operates.
Integrity Realty Group conducts background checks and drug tests, including marijuana.
