Our Asset Management division oversees a diverse portfolio of branded and independent hotels and marinas in premier destinations across the United States - including Nantucket, Newport, Orlando, Boca Raton, the Florida Keys, New Orleans, Chatham, Lake Winnipesaukee, and Fort Lauderdale.
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytically driven Asset Management Analyst to join our corporate headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to hotel operations, real estate finance, investment strategy, and ownership-level decision-making within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
You'll work alongside senior leadership and play an active role in managing a nationally recognized hospitality portfolio while developing the skills and experience necessary for long-term growth within the organization.
What You'll Do
As an Asset Management Analyst, you will support the Asset Management team in maximizing portfolio performance and driving value creation across a diverse hospitality platform. Responsibilities include:
  • Analyzing hotel operational and financial performance against budgets, prior-year results, and market benchmarks
  • Evaluating key hospitality KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and NOI to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Preparing investor presentations, lender reporting packages, and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction metrics, brand quality scores, and customer feedback to identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining asset management databases and ensuring accurate financial, operational, and legal property documentation
  • Reviewing hotel operational reports and synthesizing insights for the broader Asset Management team
  • Assisting with loan covenant compliance and lender reporting requirements
  • Participating in high-level property meetings including revenue management, sales & marketing, monthly P&L reviews, investor discussions, and construction updates
  • Supporting refinancing initiatives through lender coordination, deal tracking, and financial package preparation
  • Assisting with acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence, transition management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Contributing to strategic discussions involving management agreements, franchise negotiations, lease reviews, and lender communications
