The Senior Vice President of LIHTC Asset Management will oversee asset management activities within the property department, ensuring effective management and performance of LIHTC investments. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and collaboration to drive results in the financial services industry. Client Details A company in the financial services industry with offices around the country, a client to many of our clients this business cares deeply, focuses on a quality over quanity, has an exceptional pipeline of deals, iconic portfolio, strong and growing leadership team and a passion for changing lives through affordable housing real estate development biased in LIHTC and Section 8. Description Lead and oversee LIHTC asset management operations within the syndication department. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of LIHTC investments. Provide coaching-oriented leadership to a team of asset management professionals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and achieve objectives. Analyze financial data and market trends to inform decision-making processes. Drive improvements in operational processes and reporting systems. Represent the company in high-level discussions with partners and regulatory bodies. Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence across the department.
