Job description
The Asset Management Operations Temp will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of client orders and transactions in the financial services industry. This temporary position in Wilmington requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Client Details Our client is a well-established, large organization in the financial services sector, known for delivering innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Description Manage the end-to-end process of client order instructions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transaction processing.
Monitor and track client orders to ensure they are executed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Respond to client inquiries related to order management and provide exceptional service. Prepare and maintain accurate records of client transactions and communications.
Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate potential risks in order management processes. Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required by management.

Profile A successful Client Order Management Associate should have: A strong understanding of financial services, particularly in banking and financial operations.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using technology and software tools for transaction processing and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree. Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, DE. Prior Banking/Financial Services work experience.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality of deliverables. Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of risk management and operational controls.
Proficiency in core operational or financial systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
