Job Description:
CSI is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Data Processor to support our Regional Network Dispute team. This is a fully remote position focused on processing financial data, entering bank credits, and supporting fraud reporting activities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
This position works closely with internal team members and does not involve direct interaction with customers or banks.
What You'll Do
  • Enter credits and transaction information into CSI's internal systems.
  • Process bank credit information using reports and the BOSS system.
  • Support Mastercard fraud reporting and Visa fraud reporting activities.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform high-volume data entry tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Samantha and the Disputes Team to ensure timely processing.
  • Assist with additional department tasks when business needs require.
