Data Coordinator Tasks & Duties
  • Type data in computer other sources into the new database

  • Strong Excel experience required

  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

  • Correct and modify inaccurate files and records

  • Research and get information for incomplete documents

  • Apply data program techniques and procedures

  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations

  • Scan documents and print files

  • Keep information confidential

  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files

  • Comply with data integrity and security policies

  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Data Coordinator Shift Info
  • Swing Shift, 0100 pm to 0900pm

  • Monday - Friday, overtime required, must train on morning shift for 2 weeks and move to 2nd afterward

Data Coordinator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
  • Data Coordinator experience preferred

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US

  • excel experience required

  • bilingual and/or Spanish speaking desirable

  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk

  • Experience with MS Office and data programs

  • Familiarity with administrative duties

  • Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner

  • Typing speed and accuracy

  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

  • Attention to detail

  • Confidentiality

  • Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

  • Able to pass a backgroundcheck

  • Able to work in the US
