Temporary Contract Data Entry Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Contract Data Entry Associate to support contract and agreement processing activities. This role is responsible for accurately entering, classifying, reviewing, and uploading contract data into a new system, following established instructions and guidelines. The ideal candidate has prior data entry experience related to contracts or agreements and a basic working knowledge of contract types.

Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter contract and agreement data from source documents into designated systems
  • Review, verify, and correct data entered through electronic or hard-copy documents
  • Identify and classify contract or agreement types correctly for upload into a new tool
  • Perform detailed review and validation of uploaded contract data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Follow standard operating procedures, instructions, and pre-established guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail
