Contract Support Assistant TS/SCI CI Poly
Department: Government Customer- Chantilly
Location: Chantilly, VA
TENICA is looking to hire a Contract Support Assistant. Must have TS/SCI CI poly.
The Contract Support Assistant will:
- Support the drafting, printing, and packaging of administrative contract modifications for CO action.
- Compile acquisition packages in support of the CO's review and action.
- Perform data entry and retrieval in contracts and financial databases to support contract administration.
- Compile data reports.
- Execute timely and accurate contract data entry within customer databases and tools.
- Conduct database research to help identify unliquidated obligations that require customer review and action.
- Collect, coordinate and prepare draft contract documentation in support of the CO in preparation for the settlement of FFP contracts for CO review/determination and approval.
