Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. You'll manage the contract process from drafting to execution-including renewals and new sales-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role supports Sales, Legal, Security, and other teams to streamline workflows and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track sales contracts (MSAs, Order Forms, Amendments, etc.) through their lifecycle
  • Partner with Legal to ensure contracts meet policy and risk standards
  • Maintain version control and ensure timely approvals and execution
  • Support contract data in systems like Salesforce and CLM tools
  • Guide Sales on contract best practices and compliance
  • Help improve contract templates, processes, and documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the quote-to-cash process
Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years in Contract Management, Sales/Legal Ops, or Deal Desk
  • Experience with reviewing/redlining commercial contracts
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM/CLM tools (Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, etc.)
  • Effective communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Preferred
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription sales environments
  • Familiarity with pricing, discounting, and compliance in contracts
