Job description

Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Sr. Contract Analyst to support a leading global payments technology client. This role is ideal for a contract management professional with experience managing the full contract lifecycle, stakeholder coordination, CLM systems, and process improvement. The successful candidate will partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, efficiently executed, and properly maintained.


Job Title: Sr. Contract Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Duration: 2 months with high possibility of extension


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own assigned client contract requests and manage the end-to-end contracting process, from intake and stakeholder alignment through drafting, issuance, approval, and execution.

• Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, Finance, and Audit to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and completed on time.

• Manage post-execution activities, including contract record maintenance, system updates, documentation control, and reporting.

• Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready contract files and documentation.

• Accurately maintain contract data within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring timely updates and strong data integrity.

• Provide high-quality contract data to support leadership reporting, forecasting, and operational planning.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize contracting processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.

• Support regional and global contracting initiatives, special projects, and best-practice sharing across markets.

• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels of management.

• Manage multiple contract requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.


Must-Have Skills

• 3–4+ years of extensive contract management experience, preferably within a large, complex organization.

• Strong experience managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, approvals, execution, and post-execution activities.

• Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools; Icertis experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms.

• Proven ability to independently manage priorities and proactively drive contracts through completion with minimal supervision.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with Account Executives, Legal, Finance, Product, Audit, and senior leadership.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical, pragmatic, problem-solving, and writing skills.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements and influence cross-functional teams to adopt more efficient ways of working.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Curiosity about the payments industry and willingness to develop knowledge of payments and related commercial processes.


Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working within the payments, financial services, fintech, or technology industry.

• Previous experience supporting a large, global, or highly matrixed organization.

• Advanced experience with Icertis and DocuSign.

• Experience developing contract reporting, dashboards, or operational metrics.

• Experience driving regional or global process standardization and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Experience working with senior executives and leaders across multiple business functions.

• Familiarity with contract compliance, audit requirements, and commercial operations.

• Strong change management and consensus-building skills.


Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Legal Studies, Operations, or a related field preferred.


A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $40.00 - $43.00 per hour on W2, depending on experience.
